Elloise Smit on the British Showjumping National Championships and her new Pony!

All in all it was a good show, on the warm up day Newtown Samson (my Dun Pony) came 3rd in a very competitive 1.20 class and he jumped the massive National 148cm Final and came 3rd! We did have a pole in the first round but there was only one clear so we were placed high, it was a very challenging course! Unfortunately Dereen Flyer (the Grey Pony) had 1 pole in each of his rounds but for a 5 year old he jumped very well! Also I have some exciting news! We have welcomed a new pony to the team, she arrived at The National on Wednesday and came home with us yesterday! She is a 9 year old, Tricoloured Mare and her showname is “Patch   work Poncho” but her stable name is Stella.  ... read more

Elloise Smit at Welsh Home Pony

I have been at Welsh home pony since Thursday. On Friday my baby Echo jumped round the 90cm just to have one pole in the main arena which I was thrilled with as it is very big and spooky. On Saturday Echo jumped his 3rd ever 1m and jumped a super double clear to come 26th out of 120! And Sam was a very fast clear in the 1.20 to come 10th out of 80!
