Karma can help the horse to relax and be less tense without affecting energy or stamina and so helping the horse to perform to its full potential.

Invaluable for the novice pony or horse and for the one that knows its job too well. Also for those that are to be ridden by inexperienced or young riders.

Hacking
Gradually helping build up confidence. The horse or pony will still respond to frighting objects and sudden movements but the response will be less as you build on confidence not fear.
