Beth went to Hand Premier Show this weekend. Lilly (Zirina) came 6th in the special Qualifier on Saturday and qualified for Pony of the Year Show.

This weekend Beth went to the first premier show of the year.
On Saturday Zirina jumped treble clear and won the JC Hickstead qualifier.
On Sunday she jumped the JC class again and had a clear and 4 faults; all in all she jumped really well.
On the last weekend in December Beth was busy competing at Arena UK and the British Showjumping Pony Christmas Competition which was held at Keysoe.
Beth had some brilliant results; Blackjack finished third in the Blue Chip Sapphire Qualifier, meaning he’s now qualified for the finals in April!
Showjumper Beth Vernon has had a fantastic 2011, and what better to round it off than to take home the Junior Sports Person of the Year award.
Beth was awarded Junior Sportsperson of the Year on the evening of Monday 12th December at the Mansfield Sports Awards.

Beth has had a very busy past few weekends, and has qualified Blackjack for the Discovery Final which will be held at the Blue Chip Winter Showjumping Championships in April 2012.
HOYS, known to many as the ‘World’s Most Famous Horse Show’, has just celebrated it’s 63rd event.
After six fun-filled days of everything equestrian 2011 HOYS is officially over for another year.
The event took place at the Birmingham NEC, where spectators turned up in there thousands to cheer on their favourite riders.
Beth took Falaza to the Sports Pony & Studbook Society Grading at the weekend and had a fantastic day.
She was the champion mare gaining 86.53% and she also got elite status for winning double gold at the European Championships.
