“I hope you are well, I thought I would just give you a quick update to keep you informed of how I have been getting on, and what I have been up to with my two mares.
The girls have been enjoying a few weeks holiday since their last BE event. Lady went this weekend to do the BSJA 90cm amateur second round qualifiers and jumped a lovely double clear to qualify for the final at Aintree. I am so excited about her prospects for next season, every time I sit on her she just keeps getting better and better and the best thing is she absolutely loves her work! (Can’t say I have the same enthusiasm for my work!)
I’m sure you may have already seen somewhere that I managed to win one of the EHOA training bursary’s which will be a HUGE help for Candy & I, as training is something we didn’t manage to get much of this season. On the 28th & 29th of November I will be travelling down to Oxfordshire to have two full training days with Olympic team coach Yogi and 4* eventer JP Sheffield. This will just be invaluable to me and I cannot wait to make some videos and write ups of my experience to help others with what I learn with these great coaches. They also will be supplying me with a further £300 to spend on more training, this will be great to use next season. Eventing magazine will be featuring the training days from February onwards.
Thank you for all your support this season, your help and support has meant a lot to me, and has helped me and my horses achieve so much.”
