We have started riding Colby again now, and he is improving but I think it will take along time until he is back to normal.

With Gin, I made all the finals to the Futurity, and I was the youngest person ever tomake it straight through, in the Level 1 and 2 finals.

We had a late lead change but finished in the top 10 out of 40 horses.

In the Level 3 and 4 we had a trot out from the second stop which cost me 3rd place, but we also ended up in the top 10 out of the 150+ horses that entered, so I was really happy.

I head out again on the 21st for the next show.

The Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships are the culmination of 260 qualifiers around the country throughout the winter months. The Championships include a full schedule of competitions in both the indoor Championship Arena and the Henley & Barr Arena, the outdoor all weather arena.

Weston Park Horse Trials

Joeys first Novice and my first Novice with Bones. They both jumped doubleclears and Joey did a particularly smart dressage being given a score of 26! Joey was placed 6th in a competitive section. (1st Matthew Heath, 2nd Oliver Townend, 3rd Posy de Walden, 4th Mark Kyle, 5th Lucy Wiegersma).

Stafford HT

Last weekend in the BE100 plus; both Joey and Bones jumped double clears. They ended up being placed 4th and 9th.

Swalcliffe Park HT

Joey jumped double clear and was placed 4th.

Bones rolled a pole in the SJ, and jumped clear XC.
