Hello – 2011 is proving to be another exciting year for Blue Chip. I have a new riding horse to compete on this year; Blue Chip Forever (Jools) has won his first prelim dressage competition and he won the Novice Riding Horse and Novice Championship at Hambelton Show.
I’m Blue Chip Too (Glen) is now 16 years old, I have had him since he was 3. I will be focusing on Veteran Classes with him this year, and he has already won the Regional Qualifier at Utoxeter and was Champion Veteran at Stafford County. I hope to qualify him for the Veteran Horse Championships which will be held at Olympia in December.
Our racehorse, Come On Blue Chip, that was purchased as a foal has had a very promising start to his career, being 3rd in a hot two year old race at the Guineas Meeting in Newmarket, he was a cracking bet at 50:1. He was then very disappointing at York, but was found to have knocked himself in the stalls. He’s now fine, so look out for him racing again.
Our distribution partnership with Dodson & Horrell, which began in September 2010, is resulting in record sales both at home and abroad. New products are currently being developed, so keep a look out for these! They will be something completely new and innovative, and something you have never seen before.
If ever you think of a new product that would benefit your horse, or anyone else’s, please get in touch – we are always looking for new ideas; please email info@bluechipfeed.com; we strive to develop products that will benefit your horses’ health and well-being.
